Public money usually disappears at the point it is handed over. A ministry can tell you what it disbursed; it cannot usually tell you what was produced. AquaVerse closes that loop by making the funder and the farmer work in the same system — so a shilling can be followed from the package that authorised it to the kilos it eventually produced.

Scoped by ownership. A funder sees only the groups that applied to packages they created — not every group on the platform. Cooperatives remain isolated tenants: their neighbours cannot see their books, and neither can another agency.
Figures above are drawn from records the cooperative enters or its devices report — pond and stock records, harvest events, task and alert status, and ledger postings. Continuous water-quality streaming is a separate deployment step and is not part of the standard rollup.
